After processing, estimated standard transit time is 3–7 business days.

Shozanbag works with independent third-party fulfillment partners located in the United States. Selected inventory is stored and fulfilled through these U.S.-based partners.

The specific fulfillment facility and shipping carrier may vary depending on inventory availability, delivery destination, and available carrier service.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Returns

Shozanbag accepts eligible returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

For standard non-defective returns, products must generally be in new and unused condition, with applicable original packaging, tags, straps, accessories, and other included components.

Eligible returns are accepted by mail.

Approved returns for U.S. orders are sent to our designated return facility located in the United States.

For change-of-mind, personal-preference, or other standard non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shozanbag does not charge a restocking fee.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, style, or color, please return the eligible original item and place a new order separately.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are normally processed within 7 days after the returned product has been received and approved.
